Manage subscription and billing

Check subscription status, payment cards, billing periods and SMS charges.

The OneDiary subscription pays for business access. It is separate from the Stripe connection used to collect money from clients.

In the app Initial subscription setup appears during onboarding; detailed account billing opens in the portal.
  1. During Business setup, add the subscription card and apply a valid subscription discount code if you have one.

  2. Later, open Billing from the menu.

  3. Tap Open OneDiary portal to review subscription charges and billing periods.

  4. If a subscription warning appears, follow it promptly so public booking does not pause.

In the portal Use Payments for subscription actions and Billing for charge detail.
  1. Open Payments and review OneDiary subscription.

  2. Set up or update the subscription card, fix a failed payment, or apply or remove a subscription discount code.

  3. Use Cancel subscription only when you intend access to end under the terms shown. Use Keep subscription to reverse a scheduled cancellation when available.

  4. Open Billing and choose a period to see the subscription, usage and totals.

  5. Expand SMS breakdown to see appointment messages that contributed to usage charges.

Two different payment relationships

  • Subscription card: pays OneDiary for the business account.
  • Connected Stripe account: receives client deposits and appointment payments.
  • A problem with either can affect different parts of booking or payment setup.
