Create automatic discounts and codes
Offer a fixed or percentage discount for selected services and dates.
Discounts can apply automatically or when a client enters a code. Their service scope and schedule decide when they are eligible.
In the app Create the offer from Discounts and review every rule before saving.
Open Discounts and tap the plus button.
Add the client-facing name and optional description, then keep the discount active when it is ready.
Choose Automatic or Code. For a code, enter the text clients must use.
Choose percentage or fixed value, then select all services or specific services and whether add-ons are included.
Choose ongoing, weekdays, specific dates or a date range, then save the discount.
In the portal The portal uses the same Details, Value, Where it applies and Schedule sections.
Open Discounts and select Add discount.
Choose how it is applied and enter the code when needed.
Set the percentage or fixed amount.
Choose the service scope, add-on treatment and schedule.
Save, then test a qualifying booking. Make a discount inactive when you want to keep its history without offering it.
Avoid surprise offers
- Use clear names because the applied discount is shown to the client.
- Check start and end times as well as dates for short promotions.
- A code still needs every scope and schedule rule to match.
