Connect Google Reviews and manage OneDiary reviews

Link the right Google listing, choose the prompt threshold and review client feedback.

OneDiary can show business reviews and, after eligible feedback, offer a Google review prompt. Connect the exact Google listing clients should use.

In the app Connect and preview reviews from Business.
  1. Open Business and find Google Reviews under Online links.

  2. Tap Connect Google Reviews, search for the business and select the correct listing and address.

  3. Enable the Google review prompt and choose the minimum OneDiary rating that can lead to the prompt.

  4. Save, then use Business preview to check the review section.

  5. If a OneDiary review needs moderation, open it, choose Report review, add the reason and comments, then submit.

In the portal The Business page contains Google Reviews setup and the preview contains moderation actions.
  1. Open Business and select Connect or Manage Google Reviews.

  2. Search Google, choose the matching listing, enable the prompt and set its minimum rating.

  3. Select Save Google Reviews.

  4. Open Business preview to review feedback. Use Report review when a review should be checked by the moderation team.

  5. Use Disconnect only when the listing should no longer be linked.

After an eligible completed appointment, a client can leave a OneDiary rating and short review. When the saved rating meets your threshold, OneDiary may offer the connected Google review page and let the client copy their review text before opening Google.

Choose the listing carefully

  • Match both the trading name and address before saving.
  • Reporting asks for moderation; it does not guarantee a review will be removed.
