Fix a booking page with no available times

Check the settings that can pause booking or remove expected appointment slots.

A time appears only when every related rule agrees. Work through this order so you find the first missing requirement without changing unrelated settings.

In the app Check business access, the service, staff and the diary in that order.
  1. Open Business and confirm Public booking is on. Resolve any subscription warning shown in the app or portal.

  2. Open Services and confirm the service is active, has a valid duration and is linked to at least one active staff member.

  3. Check the service Availability section for the day and time you expect.

  4. Open Working hours for the linked staff member and confirm the full appointment fits inside the working day.

  5. Check Diary for another appointment or time block, and Working hours for a closure.

  6. Return to Business and check Minimum booking notice and slot interval, then retest the page.

In the portal The portal exposes every availability layer for a full check.
  1. Check the global notice and Payments page for subscription access, then confirm Public booking is enabled in Business.

  2. Open Services and check active status, duration, Staff linking and Availability.

  3. Open Staff to confirm the person is active and linked to the service.

  4. Open Working hours and confirm the staff schedule and Closed periods.

  5. Open Diary on the missing date and look for appointments or time blocks.

  6. Check Minimum booking notice and Booking slot interval in Business, then test the booking link in a private window.

Remember the full reserved time

  • Preparation, service, add-on time and cleanup must all fit.
  • The client start time can look free even when preparation overlaps another booking.
  • Multiple-service bookings need one eligible staff member for every selected service.
