Share your booking link and add it to Google
Copy the booking link for social profiles, messages, your website or Google Business Profile.
Your booking link takes clients to your OneDiary business page so they can choose a service and time. The Google version also labels appointments that start from your Google Business Profile.
In the app The app can copy, share or open the Google booking link.
Open Menu, Business, then Online links.
Find Google booking link and choose Copy, Share or Open.
Paste the link into your Instagram or Facebook profile, a WhatsApp reply, your website booking button or another place clients contact you.
For Google Business Profile, open your profile in Google, edit Booking or Appointment links, add the copied OneDiary link and save.
Open the link on a phone and make a final check before publishing it widely.
In the portal Copy the Google booking link from Business and add it wherever clients book.
Open Business and scroll to Online presence.
Find Google booking link and select Copy.
Add it to the Booking or Appointment links section in Google Business Profile, or paste it into your own website and social pages.
Open Business preview, then test the copied link in a private browser window.
A quick link check
- Confirm the trading name, image, active services and prices are current.
- Choose a service and check that expected days and times appear.
- Read the deposit, cancellation and reminder wording as a client.
