Understand the client booking journey
See the steps a client follows from choosing a service to confirmation.
Testing the booking journey is the best way to understand a client question. Availability and totals are calculated live from your current business, service, staff and payment settings.
In the app Use Business preview, then open the booking link as a client.
Open Business and select View to check the public-style profile.
Open the booking link and choose a service. Add other services or add-ons only when those options are enabled.
Choose a staff member or automatic allocation, then select an available date and time.
Enter client details, apply a valid discount code where offered and review the price, deposit and balance wording.
Complete online payment when required. The confirmation and any required forms then belong to the client appointment.
In the portal Use Business preview and a private browser window for a clean client test.
Open Business preview and check the profile, social links, hours and reviews.
Copy the Google booking link from Business and open it in a private browser window.
Choose a service, staff member and time, then review the client details and payment step without submitting a booking you do not need.
Return to the matching portal settings when a name, time, price or rule needs changing.
