Add services to an appointment and set their order
Change the services, quantities, add-ons and running order on an existing appointment.
You can update an appointment without replacing it. OneDiary recalculates its total and timing from the saved services and add-ons.
In the app Use Edit Services from the appointment, then reorder when more than one service is booked.
Open the appointment and tap Edit Services.
Select or clear services, adjust quantities and choose valid add-on options.
Check the updated total, then save the services.
When the appointment has multiple services, open Reorder services and drag them into the order they will happen.
Save the order and check the appointment start, end and service breakdown.
In the portal Edit Services and Service order are on the Appointment page.
Open the appointment and select Edit Services.
Choose the service quantities and add-ons, then select Save services.
Open Service order, drag items or use the up and down controls, then select Save order.
Review the recalculated price, client time and diary time before leaving the page.
