What your booking link does
Your public booking link is the page customers use to choose a service, pick a time, enter their details and confirm the booking.
Where to share it
Share your link anywhere customers already contact you. Common places include Instagram bio, Facebook page, WhatsApp messages, text replies, email signatures and your own website.
Add it to Google Business Profile
Your Business settings page also shows a Google booking link. Use that as your appointment link in Google Business Profile so bookings made from Google are labelled clearly in OneDiary.
- Open your Google Business Profile.
- Go to booking or appointment links.
- Add the Google booking link from OneDiary.
- Save changes.
Check the page before sharing
- Open the link on your phone.
- Choose a service and check the available times.
- Read the price and deposit wording as a customer would.
- Make sure your contact details and business name look right.
When bookings are paused
If your booking page says bookings are not available, check your services, working hours and payment status in the portal. A missing setup step can stop customers from booking.
