Some appointments need a small deposit. Others should be paid upfront. OneDiary gives you the flexibility to be paid on your terms.

Sometimes you need up front payment. Use this option to secure funds before an appointment.
Customers settle their remaining balance with you in person using secure Tap to Pay or Chip and PIN readers.
Self checkout
For a swift wrap up, self checkout gives your clients the ability to pay themselves straight from the app.
A small fee is collected by Stripe for each payment handled, plus a small OneDiary platform fee of 0.5%. The full Stripe pricing can be viewed here.
Example: On a client payment of £50.00 paid in-store you would pay £0.95 in Stripe fees and £0.25 to OneDiary, totalling £1.20 or 2.4% of the total.
